Terms of Use
1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Reflow, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
2. Who can use Reflow
You must be 16 or older. Under Thai law the age of majority is 20: if you are 16–19, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has consented to your use of Reflow (and to the data processing described in the Privacy Policy). We may suspend accounts where we learn this consent is missing.
3. What Reflow is — and is not
Reflow is a personal journal with an AI companion that reflects on your entries by asking questions.
4. Your account
Keep your sign-in credentials and app PIN safe; you are responsible for activity under your account. Contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.
5. Your content
Everything you write remains yours. You grant us only the limited license needed to operate the service — storing your entries, backing them up, and sending relevant excerpts to our AI provider to generate reflections and run safety screening, as described in the Privacy Policy. We claim no other rights over your content.
6. Acceptable use
- Don't use Reflow for anything unlawful.
- Don't attempt to break, probe, or circumvent the app's security or its AI safety systems.
- Don't reverse-engineer, resell, or scrape the service.
7. Subscriptions and trial
Reflow has a free tier and a paid premium tier. New accounts start with a 30-day premium trial; when it ends you move to the free tier unless you subscribe. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play under their terms, and prices may change with advance notice.
Cancellations and refunds are handled by the store you purchased through, under its policies — manage or cancel the subscription in your App Store / Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. When a refund is granted by the store, the premium entitlement ends.
8. About the AI
AI reflections are generated automatically and can be inaccurate or incomplete. They are prompts for your own thinking — not facts, advice, or diagnoses. You can turn the AI off in Settings.
9. Ending the service
You may stop using Reflow and delete your account at any time, in the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. We may also modify or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice for significant changes.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Changes to these Terms
If we change these Terms in a meaningful way, we'll notify you in the app before the changes take effect. Continued use after that means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. A contact address will be published here before the app is available to the public.

2. ใครใช้ Reflow ได้บ้าง
คุณต้องมีอายุ 16 ปีขึ้นไป ตามกฎหมายไทย การบรรลุนิติภาวะอยู่ที่ 20 ปี: หากคุณอายุ 16–19 ปี ถือว่าคุณยืนยันว่าบิดามารดาหรือผู้ปกครองตามกฎหมายได้ให้ความยินยอมต่อการใช้ Reflow (และการประมวลผลข้อมูลตามนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว) แล้ว เราอาจระงับบัญชีหากทราบว่าไม่มีความยินยอมดังกล่าว
3. Reflow คืออะไร — และไม่ใช่อะไร
Reflow คือไดอารี่ส่วนตัวที่มี AI เพื่อนสะท้อนความคิด ซึ่งอ่านบันทึกของคุณแล้วชวนคิดด้วยคำถาม
4. บัญชีของคุณ
โปรดเก็บข้อมูลเข้าสู่ระบบและ PIN ของแอปให้ปลอดภัย คุณเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบกิจกรรมที่เกิดขึ้นในบัญชีของคุณ หากสงสัยว่าบัญชีถูกละเมิด กรุณาติดต่อเรา
5. เนื้อหาของคุณ
ทุกอย่างที่คุณเขียนเป็นของคุณ คุณให้สิทธิเราเท่าที่จำเป็นต่อการให้บริการเท่านั้น — จัดเก็บบันทึก สำรองข้อมูล และส่งเนื้อหาบางส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องไปยังผู้ให้บริการ AI เพื่อสร้างบทสะท้อนและคัดกรองความปลอดภัย ตามที่ระบุในนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว เราไม่อ้างสิทธิอื่นใดเหนือเนื้อหาของคุณ
6. การใช้งานที่ยอมรับได้
- ไม่ใช้ Reflow เพื่อการใด ๆ ที่ผิดกฎหมาย
- ไม่พยายามเจาะ ทดสอบช่องโหว่ หรือหลบเลี่ยงระบบความปลอดภัยของแอปและระบบความปลอดภัยของ AI
- ไม่ทำวิศวกรรมย้อนกลับ ขายต่อ หรือดึงข้อมูลจากบริการโดยอัตโนมัติ
7. แพ็กเกจและช่วงทดลองใช้
Reflow มีแพ็กเกจฟรีและพรีเมียมแบบชำระเงิน บัญชีใหม่เริ่มด้วยทดลองพรีเมียมฟรี 30 วัน เมื่อครบกำหนดจะเปลี่ยนเป็นแพ็กเกจฟรี เว้นแต่คุณสมัครสมาชิก การเรียกเก็บเงินทำผ่าน App Store หรือ Google Play ตามข้อกำหนดของแพลตฟอร์มนั้น และราคาอาจเปลี่ยนแปลงโดยแจ้งล่วงหน้า
การยกเลิกและการขอคืนเงินดำเนินการผ่าน store ที่คุณซื้อ ตามนโยบายของ store นั้น — จัดการหรือยกเลิกสมาชิกได้ในการตั้งค่าบัญชี App Store / Google Play ของคุณ การลบแอปไม่ใช่การยกเลิกสมาชิก และเมื่อ store อนุมัติคืนเงิน สิทธิพรีเมียมจะสิ้นสุดลง
8. เกี่ยวกับ AI
บทสะท้อนจาก AI สร้างขึ้นอัตโนมัติ อาจไม่ถูกต้องหรือไม่ครบถ้วน มันคือคำถามชวนคิดสำหรับตัวคุณเอง — ไม่ใช่ข้อเท็จจริง คำแนะนำ หรือการวินิจฉัย คุณปิด AI ได้ใน ตั้งค่า
9. การยุติการใช้งาน
คุณหยุดใช้และลบบัญชีได้ทุกเมื่อในแอป เราอาจระงับหรือยุติบัญชีที่ละเมิดข้อกำหนดนี้ และอาจปรับเปลี่ยนหรือยุติฟีเจอร์ โดยจะแจ้งล่วงหน้าตามสมควรสำหรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่สำคัญ
10. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด
บริการนี้ให้ "ตามสภาพ" ภายใต้ขอบเขตสูงสุดที่กฎหมายอนุญาต เราไม่รับผิดต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อมหรือต่อเนื่องจากการใช้งานแอป และความรับผิดรวมของเราจำกัดไม่เกินจำนวนเงินที่คุณชำระให้เราใน 12 เดือนก่อนเกิดข้อเรียกร้อง
11. การเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนด
หากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ เราจะแจ้งในแอปก่อนมีผลบังคับ การใช้งานต่อหลังจากนั้นถือว่ายอมรับข้อกำหนดฉบับปรับปรุง
12. กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับและการติดต่อ
ข้อกำหนดนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายไทย ช่องทางติดต่อจะประกาศไว้ที่นี่ก่อนเปิดให้ใช้งานจริง
